What is Robots-as-a-Service, exactly?
You pay one monthly fee instead of buying a robot outright. RaaSX owns, maintains and services the unit under one contract that covers hardware, software and support. You buy output, not a robot. Read the full explanation of Robots-as-a-Service →
What’s included in the monthly fee?
The robot, the full software stack (Genie Studio, GO-1 embodied AI), fleet operations, a full SLA, and the EU-compliant paperwork and local engineering that come with deploying it on your floor.
Can we test before we commit to a contract?
Yes. Rent a unit by the week, from €1.500, delivered from European stock in 2–3 weeks. What we learn during the rental carries over if you convert it into a 36-month RaaS contract.
Is this compliant with the EU AI Act and CE marking?
Yes. Every unit RaaSX deploys is CE certified and EU AI Act ready before it reaches your floor.
Who do we actually sign with — RaaSX, Illeon or Agibot?
You sign with RaaSX. Agibot manufactures every unit, Illeon bench-tests it and holds spare parts in Germany, and RaaSX deploys, integrates and services it in the Benelux under that one contract.
